Beautiful well designed space next to the highway open seven day per week. This restaurant has some of the most amazing food around. Excellent flavor, preparation, and presentation of all the dishes. We had the whole red snapper that was prepared in a sauce I've never had before and it blew my mind. You get complimentary chips and salsa, and even those were exemplary. Everything done to perfection. I wanted ceviche but didn't end up getting it because it is made with Tilapia. The drinks are amazing also they have a special watermelon sauce with chamoy that turns any drink into a tex Mex flavor explosion. Highly recommend will return

Delicious food, excellent service, and great atmosphere! The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great dining experience. We went to celebrate a birthday. They sang to the birthday girl and brought out a cake with sparklers 🎇 They also had karaoke (Thursday night). We had a blast!

Place looks amazing really fancy but food was not it. paying so much for so little and bland food. i got the pasta and it was straight up butter and noodles. the toast was definitely from the heb frozen section. i’d honestly go down to pizza hut and get their pasta since theirs has more flavor and is less than half the price. overall if you really want a romantic and tasteful date , go some place else. food took about 45 minutes to come out aswell and there’s only 5 other tables

Food was good, was actually impressed. Service not so good, the table next to us waited close to 2 hours for their food, and that’s cause it was only 1 dish, and the waitress never checked up on them that time they waited. We waited an hour just for our appetizer. Our food took another hour and half longer . ( did go on Mother’s Day, but that was no excuse if it was a limited menu)The waitress was no where to be found, never refilled our drinks, or brought napkins. According to waitresses bar was not stocked so every drink we ordered couldn’t be made since they didn’t have the ingredients . Music / entertainment was great.

The place looks amazing, and the music was just right. The service and the food were equally outstanding. The seafood tasted so fresh that it felt like I was sitting by the beach. Each plate looked like a work of art. The appetizers were also top-notch. I’ll definitely be back soon — and I’ll be bringing my family and friends so they can enjoy this fantastic experience at The Chameleon too!
